Natural Gas Furnace Specialized Service & Maintenance Agreements
Central Air Conditioning Specialized Service & Maintenance Agreements

  1. All service agreements cover the mechanical portions of the product. Items such as trim pieces, handles, cabinet supports, and cosmetic items are not covered.
  2. The labor, materials, and/or parts will be discounted 10% should an item that is not covered require repair or replacement.
  3. A service pre-inspection is mandatory and must be performed prior to acceptance under an agreement.
  4. Repairs necessitated by fires, floods, acts of God, or improper use of the equipment are not covered by this agreement.
  5. These agreements do not cover any work or changes which might at some future date be required by government regulations, codes, or insurance company requirements.
  6. Not covered by these agreements are external power wiring, circuit breakers, or disconnects supplying power to the units.
  7. Not covered by these agreements are any problems or complications created by improperly sized and/or installed ductwork system(s) attached to the mechanical equipment.
  8. These agreements do not cover any work required to make repairs or modifications to the equipment when parts are no longer available from the manufacturer of the equipment.
  9. These agreements do not cover any work required to make temporary repairs to the equipment when exact replacement or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are not readily available from the manufacturer.
  10. These agreements do not cover any shipping, transportation, or freight charges assessed by manufacturers to local suppliers for non-stock or special order replacement parts.
